Brookshire

Brookshire is a straight run west from our yard, so it gets the same responsiveness as Katy itself. Most of what we do out here is bigger and rougher than suburban work: fence lines cleared, low limbs lifted off drives and pastures, and storm-broken wood taken down before it comes down on its own.

Pattison and San Felipe fall under the same trips. Larger properties mean we quote by the area and by the tree so you know precisely what is included, and everything we cut is hauled out rather than stacked at the tree line.

For the parts of the property that are landscaped rather than pasture, we do the same bed work we do anywhere else: edges re-cut, weeds pulled, and two to three inches of fresh mulch spread evenly and kept off the trunks.
