Energy Corridor

The Energy Corridor mixes established single-family streets with dense townhome blocks, and the townhomes are the trickier job: narrow access, shared fences, and no room to drop anything without planning it. We work those lots piece by piece rather than in big cuts.

Trees close to the bayou here take on water and grow fast, which puts weight on limbs sooner than most homeowners expect. Thinning that weight before hurricane season is far cheaper than dealing with the aftermath of not doing it.

Smaller yards mean smaller bed footage, and we price accordingly. Mulch is measured on site rather than sold by a minimum-order guess.
