Hockley

Hockley is split between long-held acreage and brand new development, and we work both. On the acreage side it is deadwood, fence lines, and limbs over the driveway. On the new side it is establishing beds and grass on ground the builder left compacted.

Compaction is the thing most new Hockley homeowners underestimate. Sod laid on a slab-hard pad roots badly no matter how much you water it, so we loosen and grade before laying, and we say so up front when a yard needs that prep to be worth doing at all.

Larger properties usually mean larger irrigation systems with more zones and more places to hide a leak. We run all of them with you, mark what is broken, and price the repairs before anything gets dug up.
