Simonton

Simonton sits on the Brazos, and the tree work here reflects it: big old pecans and hackberries that carry a lot of dead weight and drop it in the first real wind. Clearing that deadwood before storm season is most of what we do out this way.

Lots are large and often only partly maintained, so we quote by the tree and by the area rather than pretending an acre and a quarter-acre are the same job. You will know before we start exactly which trees are in the price.

Full sun on most Simonton lots makes Bermuda and Zoysia sensible choices where a shaded Katy yard would want St. Augustine. We match the grass to the light you actually have, not to whatever is on the pallet that week.
